An illumination device includes frame, an optical bottom plate, a first optical structure, a light source and an optical film. The optical bottom plate is disposed in the frame and has a knurl portion from the central place. The knurl portion has at least a reflection surface and a top surface. The reflection surface comprises a structure configuration portion and a smoothing portion connected with the structure configuration portion. The structure configuration portion is connected with the smoothing portion. The first optical structure is disposed at the structure configuration portion and the top surface. The light source is disposed corresponding to the reflection surface and has a plurality of light-emitting elements. The light-emitting elements have an optical axis direction respectively. The optical axis direction is toward the knurl portion. The optical film is disposed at the frame, and the knurl portion of the optical film is toward the optical film bulging.
