A manufacturing control system includes a virtual environment display, a motion sensor, a manufacturing device and a processor. The motion sensor is configured to detect movements of a first object. The manufacturing device is configured to perform a manufacturing process to a second object. The processor is configured to display an image via the virtual environment display. The image illustrates at least one indicator is guiding a virtual manufacturing process to a virtual object, wherein the at least one indicator is corresponding to the first object and the virtual object is corresponding to the second object. The processor is configured to record the position, orientation or force of the first object to generate a trajectory of the virtual manufacturing process, and to control the manufacturing device performing the manufacturing process to a second object according to the trajectory.
