Disclosed is an analytical method for estimating a stress change of a tunnel lining through displacements. The method includes the following steps: (S1) providing a simulation model, wherein the simulation model includes a three-dimensional tunnel unit, a plurality of different sections as a boundary of the model, and a measurement variable and a displacement mode thereof; (S2) calculating a relative displacement of the tunnel unit and a composition amount of the displacement mode according to the measured displacement values of these sections and obtaining a value of the stress change of the wall surface; and (S3) comparing the stress change of the wall surface with the crack distribution of the wall surface, and modifying the calculated value of the relative displacement when necessary to obtain the stress change commensurate with the crack distribution. This invention may predict the development trend of cracks under long-term monitoring, simulate the effectiveness of a reinforcement method, evaluate the integrity and safety of the tunnel, and the like, thereby providing substantial suggestions for the optimization of tunnel maintenance and management.
